It was hot and sweaty last week in Chicago. Hot , sunny and steamy need some kind of cold drink to cool off my day. Smoothie become my breakfast in the morning-Healthy, light, convenient and irresistible are the best for breakfast on the go. It takes 5 minutes to make yummy and health smoothie, I always prepare all in gradients in the container a night before-Easy, fast and health are ideal smoothie on the go for breakfast.
