This recipe was inspired the moment I had my first bite of blueberry apple chewy granola bites from Nourish Snacks. I am so lucky to have had the chance to sit down and talk with the lovely Joy Bauer about Nourish Snacks at theSweets And Snacks Expo. They have just rebranded with cool new packaging and reformulated ingredients, shapes, and flavors. After listening to her passion during our interview, I could feel that she cares about every contributing detail in each of her products. She makes sure that every bite comes out tasty and healthy. Nourish Snacks are available on a Target shelf near you. Alternatively you can also purchase them online through their website or Amazon.
These small granola bites are packed with a lot of flavor from the blueberries and apples plus great texture from oats and chia seeds. They reminded me of a blueberry muffin right away. So I created this recipe to go along with their granola bites. This delicious Blueberry Apple Muffin Smoothie Bowl incorporates all of the flavors of the classic breakfast pastry and a few new ones including blueberries, apple, oats, cinnamon, banana, and vanilla. As always thank you for stopping by and reading my article, Natty

I like what you said about using granola bites in the smoothie. My wife and I want to eat more superfoods. We'll have to consider getting some natural fruit for bowls.
