2 pieces of Ginger slice in round
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 pieces of Ginger slice in round

Steps
Peel and wash with the water. Slice in to the round pieces.
Transfer to the medium saucepan, over the medium heat add water, brow sugar and ginger. Bring it to boil.
Reduce heat, simmer until liquid is reduce in about 15 mins.
Cover with a tight lit after it cool down. Let it set over the night.
Transfer in to the air tight container of bottle.
Note : it can safe up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
