Removed leek, onion, ginger, garlic, carrot and celery, leave shiitake mushroom.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Meanwhile in a large cooking pot over high heat add &nbsp;2 quarts water ( 8 Cups) and bring it to boil. Add bok choy and cook for about 4 minutes. Remove from the pot and rinse with cold water, set aside. Add Ramen noodle ( follow the directions on the bag ), remove from the stove and rinse with cold water. Set aside.</span></span></li><li><span>In a medium bowl place the cooked ramen noodles and add 1 tablespoon of <a href="http://www.nattyspantry.com/crunchy-pan-fried-garlic-bits" target="_blank">Crunchy Pan-Fried Garlic Bits</a>, cilantro, green onion and a dash of soy sauce. Mixed well with chopsticks or fork.</span></li><li><span><span>Put all the components in a bowl.
