It is the time of year for the grand food feast holiday, Thanksgiving. No matter what is served on the table, a traditional menu or the foods that are influenced by your nationality everyone is sure to enjoy.
The traditional Thanksgiving dinner is associate with specific menu; Turkey (roasted, fried, or turducken), roasted fish, stuffing or dressing, green bean casserole, corn, brussel sprouts, glazed carrots, mashed potatoes, potato gratin, greens, cornbread, dinner rolls, mac & cheese, bread pudding, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, sweet potato pie, apple pie, cherry pie, etc.Every family has their own traditions, it depends on each house culture.
Every year I have a chance to go to a different family and get to know their family culture. Some have hot pot, wings, egg rolls, couscous, and so many more.
But no matter how different the food will be this day we are celebrating and giving thanks for many many things.
