Toasted Bagel With Avocado, Radish, Cream Cheese, And Black Truffle Salt Recipe Author: Nattaya Worrakitpoonpol YIELD: 2 serving PREP TIME: 5 MINS Ingredients: 2 Pretzel Bagels, plain bagels or choose your own savory favorite 1 whole avocado,sliced 1 radish, thinly sliced 1 tablespoon fresh dill 2 tablespoons cream cheese 1/4 teaspoon Black Truffle salt Directions: For the cream cheese spread: in a small bowl mix the fresh dill and cream cheese well together; set aside. Toast the bagels and then spread the cream cheese on the halves and top. Top with avocado, radishes, and finish with a sprinkle of Black Truffle salt to give them a nice touch. You can substitute kosher salt for the Black Truffle salt if you can not find any; it will still be tasty just won’t have the Truffle flavor.
