1 whole frozen Banana
1 cup coconut milk ( substitution: almond milk, coconut cream, or a combination of these two would work as well)
2 tablespoons peanut powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1 tablespoon Chia seed
Fresh fruit, frozen fruits, nuts, and seeds
- fresh strawberries
- frozen blackberries
- frozen blueberries
- fresh banana
- hemp seed
- coconut fig superfood squares
- dark chocolate coconut chunks
- cashew butter
Add together in a blender the frozen banana, coconut milk, peanut powder, cocoa powder, flaxseed, and Chia seed. Blend all ingredients until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into your favorite bowl!
Top with fresh fruit, nuts, and granola as your desire.
