Homemade Cabbage slaw
Creamy and tangy with fresh cilantro!!!!!! Greek yogurt keeps this light and healthy.
Ingredients:
- 1 bunch cilantro,chopped
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- 3 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/4 thinly sliced large head of green cabbage ( 3 cups)
- 1/4 thinly sliced large head of purple cabbage ( 2 cups)

Steps
In the large mixing bowl mixed cilantro, Greek yogurt, lime zest and lime juice.
Toss thinly sliced green and purple cabbage, toss it together until it combine.
Serve with Taco.
