There are so many favorite recipes from my family and friends I have tried throughout my journey that balances out and makes a healthy meal. Nattaya is a seasoned recipe developer and experienced photographer. In 2015, she combined her visual skills and passion for food to create Nattyspantry, a blog that focuses on food recipes that are a mix of healthy with just a little bit of indulgence. After all, life is all about balance!

Nattaya’s inspiration comes from being a social influencer in the food space, dining at various restaurants all over the country. The recipes focus on ingredients that can be easily found in most home pantries or at the store for affordable prices.
