Smoothies have become my breakfast in the morning-Healthy, light, convenient and irresistible. They are the best for breakfast on the go. It takes 5 minutes to make yummy and health smoothies. I always prepare all ingredients in the container a night before. Easy, fast and healthy smoothies are ideal on the go for breakfast.
I always have this green energizing smoothie every morning except the day before I hit the gym (I switch to the protein smoothie one -add protein powder ). This recipe strikes the suitable balance in between fruits, protein sources ( such as wheat grass powder, spirulina and avocado ) and fiber ( such as Flaxseed ). Tip: adding liquid stevia for extra ( more appreciated ) sweetness.

Green Energize Smoothie Recipe

1 whole banana , cut in pieces
1/4 cup baby spinach
4 pieces of pineapple
1/2 cup green apple, cut in to pieces
1/2 of an avocado
1 tablespoon flaxseed
1/2 lime, with skin peeled off.
1 scoop wheat grass powder
1 teaspoon spirulina powder
4 drops liquide stevia
