Creamy Cinnamon Oatmeal Bowl Recipe Author: Nattaya Worrakitpoonpol YIELD: 1 serving PREP TIME: 5 MINS COOK TIME: 2-3 MIN TOTAL TIME: 8 MINS Ingredients: 1/4 cup rolled oats 1 cup milk plus 2 tbsp of cold milk (almond milk, coconut milk, or a combination of the two would work as well) 1 tsp organic coconut sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon Fresh fruit, homemade granola, and seeds - fresh cherries - fresh strawberries - fresh pomegranate seeds - fresh blackberries - banana - hemp seed - homemade granola recipe Directions: In a microwave proof bowl combine rolled oats, 1 cup of milk, organic coconut sugar, and cinnamon. Heat in the microwave for 2 and a half minute. Using a cloth towel or hot pad, remove the bowl from the microwave and mix all the ingredients well. Add 2 tbsp of cold milk and mix well. Top with fresh fruit, nuts, and granola as your desire.
