1 cup Thai sticky rice
2 cups water
In a medium glass microwave prove bowl rinse Thai sticky rice. Drained the access water out of the bowl.
Add 2 cups water. Let's it soak for 2 hours.
Cook in the microwave with plastic wrap covering the bowl. In the first 5 minutes, bring the bowl out and use a plastic spatula to turn over the sticky rice and make sure the heat is all even. Put it back in the microwave and cook with the plastic wrap covered for 5 minuets, bring the bowl out.
Let's it cool down in about 5 minutes before serving
