I was so excited about this last long weekend (Labor Day weekend). The plan was to get a lot of things done, and also have some relaxation time for myself. Yet one more thing that made me super excited before the long holiday started was JORD WATCHES that arrived last Friday. This pretty wood watch from JORD is called Frankie Dark Sandalwood & Emerald. These 3 long days off were the perfect weekend for me to enjoy time with myself, relaxing and getting a lot of work done. One thing that I maintain in my morning routine is making the breakfast bowl. If you are following me on INSTAGRAM @Natty_S_pantry, along the way you will see that I am making the breakfast bowl live every morning. This is such a great and healthy routine to continue, and also inspired so many people to pick one good healthy meal a day for themselves.
This tropical mango, banana and nectarine smoothie bowl is perfect for a hot day like this. Having the refreshing tropical drink in my hand loaded with fresh fruit….. hmmmmm….made my day off super relaxing like I am sitting on an island beach.
The tropical smoothie is a blend of refreshing tropical fruit and orange juice- the frozen banana gives it a cool touch packed with tropical flavor!

Tropical Mango, Banana and Nectarine Smoothie Bowl

PREP TIME: 10 MINS
BLEND TIME: 1 MIN
TOTAL TIME: 11 MINS
1/2 cup frozen nectarine
1 cup mango
1 frozen banana
2 tablespoon flaxseeds
1 cup orange juice
Fresh fruit, and seeds
- red currants
- hemp seed
- fresh mints
Add in a blender the frozen nectarine, mango, frozen banana, orange juice, and flaxseed. Blend all ingredients until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into your favorite bowl!
Top with fresh fruit, nuts, and granola as you like.
