It is February and the coldest month here in Chicago. There is a lot of snow outside still, but luckily we have had some warmer days to enjoy. I love to enjoy apple cider cocktails during the fall and winter seasons and this recipe is perfect for a warmer winter day or those cooler fall nights.
I am partnering up with Barritt's Ginger Beer to create a great cocktail that you can use their delicious ginger beer with. And I would love to share this delicious Cinnamon Apple Cider Ginger Beer Cocktail with you. It has some fun fizz from Barritt’s Ginger Beer and a hint of Cinnamon along with your favorite Bourbon.
This cocktail can be served at a party with some fun garnishes like cinnamon sticks and some sliced of fresh apple or even some homemade cinnamon apple chips. This recipe makes 4 servings. If you have any leftover you can keep it in an airtight container (leave the ginger beer out) and serve it from within the fridge for up to 4 days. Then when you feel like want to have a cocktail again just splash some of Barritt’s Ginger Beer on top with fresh ice and ENJOY!
