Happy Saturday Everyone!
I hope everyone has a nice week. I was enjoying a nice out even it was a little cold now. I like it in between 60-75 degrees. It feels like Fall outside. It is chill. It is getting dark early at night. Leaves are falling.
I need something to keep me warm.... hot tea, hot chocolate, soup, spicy Thai soup ( Tom Yum, Tom Ka, Tom Zap, etc. ), spicy food or something with ginger in it.
Ginger has a warm and tingly on the tongue-- has been using in Chinese and Thai medicine--good flavor in marinade sauce. And I need to find a piece of meat to soak in a ginger&sesame marinade sauce. Salmon..... !!!! Salmon is my favorite kinds of fish. It has a unique flavor, high protein, vitamin B12 and omega fatty acid-- great with this ginger sesame marinade sauce and soaks up all the deep rich flavors before it cooks in the oven. A side of Saute green beans lights up a whole meal with a little hint of sesame flavor. Note about this recipe: - Can serve over rice, brown rice or quinoa as your desire. - Sauté, green beans recipe, is a great side dish for pork chop also. - You can substitute minced garlic for garlic powder. I would prefer fresh garlic..... :) - Minced ginger is easy to find if you don't have time to make it--buy ginger paste from your grocery. It comes in tubes, convenient. - Use a square container to marinade, make it more even in a marinade proceed can use Ziploc bag instead of a container. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend XOXO Natty
