Using a Handheld Spiralizer, spiralizer, vegetable peeler, or mandolin, trim both ends and start cutting the zucchini into noodles. Then set aside.
Serve tomato meat sauce over zucchini noodles and sprinkles with some fresh parsley, serve immediately, Enjoy!
- I love to eat zucchini noodles raw but if you want to cook them, you can. Cook them with extra virgin olive oil (1 tablespoon) sauté them over medium heat for about 1 -2 minutes, be careful don't overcook them, It will turn very soggy, and you won't like them.
