This has various benefits, with my all-time favorite being the benefit is lighter calories. So are many good things that I like about this meal. I can make the Whole30 Tomato Meat Sauce and freeze it or I prepare it over the weekend, and simply just heat it up when needed, serving it over my fresh zucchini noodles. This meal takes about 10 minutes to prepare. I got this OXO Handheld Spiralizer for my Christmas present a couple of years ago.
