This delicious savory cauliflower puree makes a perfect Whole30 recipe. It gets its beautiful flavor from garlic, coconut, and a touch of thyme and, best of all, it has low calories of typical mashed potatoes. This can serve along with pan seared white fish, salmon, or some grilled meat.
