I have finally discovered that chia pudding is the new way to enjoy your morning; it’s healthy, energizing, and simple to make. It feels like you have a sweet treat for breakfast. Chia pudding is similar to tapioca pudding with a fun texture and a little crunch in every single bite. I tend to eat out more in the summer time; this chia pudding recipe is a perfectly healthy and nourishing breakfast/snack to balance my diet during any week. Banana and Chia seeds can fill me up before I get going for the day, plus a sweet and bright flavor from strawberries totally have a boost up for your morning.
