My friend (Megan Lafferty ) invited me over for chili soup in Spring. Not a super bowl or cold winter when I know what are we going to have, but anyway we need those spice to heat up for us to survive to summer. Who would understand the concept of Chili soup in Spring, well let me tell you we live in Chicago. Friday April24 in Chicago was 40 degree outside so chili soup was a great excuse. The first time for Vegan Chili soup, it was not bad at all but it was fantastic. The way she made, is the right consistency of her soup even there re no meat in it. She said the secret is blend some soup to make it thicker that is the key. The bold flavor is the star for this dish with a lot of flavor from seasoning which is important for this soup. Even better we had soup along with some beer. Vegan Chili Soup recipe ( Megan style )
