Sushi Easter Eggs are here and right in time before EASTER!
Sushi Donuts are all the trend today, but why don’t you make it special for Easter day? And a wonderful way to celebrate is by shaping sushi rice with a Easter Egg mold and decorating with black & white sesame seeds, cucumber, salmon or tuna, colorful tobiko, and avocado.
I am partnering up with Shiawase Restaurant to create this special “Sushi Easter Egg” for the Chicagoan to try. This creative idea can be more fun by more selections of different toppings and stuffing inside with these 4 amazing kinds to choose from.
Now sushi easter eggs are popping up all over the city of chicago Instagram. Please be sure to go and get some before they are gone.
Celebrating this special holiday I hosted a special "hands-on" poke sushi Easter Egg making experience class at the Shiawase Restaurant for some instagrammers to get more creative and have happy some fun before the real Easter Egg hunt begins.
These are some of the pictures from the event.
Happy Easter Everyone!

"You love someone, you open yourself up to suffering, that's the sad truth. Maybe they'll break your heart, maybe you'll break their heart and never be able to look at yourself in the same way. Those are the risks. That's the burden.Like wings, they have weight, we feel that weight on our backs, but they are a burden that lifts us. Burdens which allow us" Bones
